# About

Bextree is a marketplace for buying and selling ownership of locked and vesting Solana assets before they unlock.

**Buy tomorrow's value today.** Sellers with tokens stuck in a vesting schedule, or LP positions they want to exit, auction them off now instead of waiting. Buyers acquire those positions at a discount to their unlocked value.

## What makes it work

* **Rights, not assets.** The underlying position never leaves its protocol — Bextree auctions the ownership of it.
* **Trust by construction.** LP positions are vaulted on-chain before their auction starts; vesting sellers post a bond they forfeit by not delivering; buyer payments sit in program-governed escrow with automatic refunds.
* **Wallet-native.** No accounts, no passwords. A Solana wallet is the only identity.
